Most mining CVs we score sit in the forties.

Of the last 50 people who emailed themselves a Wizard ATS report, the median score was 49/100. Forty-one of those fifty were under 60. Two reached 80. This is not every free scan — only reports that left a name, email and phone.

The numbers

Sample

Last 50 emailed scan reports still on file on 27 August 2026. Names, phone numbers and files are not published. In-browser scans that never left a name, email and phone are not in this set.

Spread

Lowest 4, highest 86. Mean 49.4. Under 40: 11. Under 60: 41. Under 80: 48. 80 or above: 2.

What the score is

A mining/FIFO keyword, ticket, format and achievement check run in the browser. It is not a login to Workday, BHP, Rio or FMG.

What we do not have yet

We are not publishing ticket-frequency or SEEK-versus-CV tables. Those fields are not in this extract. When they are, this page will say so.

How to read this

Why only emailed reports?

The free score does not require a name, email or phone. We only keep a durable record when someone asks us to send the report and leaves all three. That set is biased toward people who wanted a copy — usually because the score was not a celebration.

Does a 49 mean you will not get hired?

It means the file we saw is missing the words and tickets mining software ranks. Plenty of those people work. The document is the problem, not the operator.

If you want the same check on your file, it is free and the score is on-screen without an email. If the number looks like these, The Rewrite is the resume. If SEEK is the quiet side, Get Found.
