At Wizard Resumes, we're confident in the quality of our work. We've helped thousands of Australians land FIFO and mining jobs, and we want you to be completely satisfied with the documents we create for you.
How Our Guarantee Works
- First, we'll try to fix it. If you're not happy with any aspect of your resume or documents, let us know. We offer unlimited revisions for 30 days after delivery, and we'll work with you until you're satisfied.
- If we still can't get it right, you get your money back. If after working through revisions you're still not satisfied with our work, simply email us and we'll process a full refund — no questions asked, no hassle.
Refund Conditions
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your completed documents.
- We ask that you give us the opportunity to address your concerns through our revision process before requesting a refund.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Digital products (FIFO Playbook and other downloadable guides) are eligible for refunds within 30 days if you haven't found the content useful.
When Refunds May Not Apply
While we aim to accommodate all reasonable requests, refunds may not be available in the following situations:
- If you provided inaccurate or misleading information about your work history or qualifications
- If you fail to respond to our requests for information or revision feedback for more than 30 days
- If you've used the completed documents for job applications (as the service has been fully rendered)
- Requests made more than 30 days after document delivery
Cancellations
- Before work begins: Full refund if you cancel before we start working on your documents.
- After work has started: If you need to cancel after we've begun, we'll provide a partial refund based on the work completed.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at mail@wizardresumes.com.au with:
- Your name and order number
- The reason for your refund request
- Any relevant details about the issues you experienced
We'll respond within 1-2 business days and work to resolve your concerns as quickly as possible.
